Three Levels of Support

Level 1 - Baseline Package

Executive Coaching Services, over 6 month engagement period, consisting of:

  • (12) bi-weekly virtual sessions of 1:1 coaching with David Spungin (one hour each)
  • Choice of (1) assessment: Hogan, DiSC, MBTI, PMAI, StrengthsFinders, or EQ-i 2.0
  • Creation of an individual development plan (IDP)
  • Optional stakeholder alignment meeting (30-minutes)
  • Access to the Elite Leaders Foundry© proprietary online training content and community
  • Ongoing phone and email availability as needed during the engagement

Level 2 - Hybrid Package

Executive Coaching Services, over 6 month engagement period, consisting of:

  • (6) virtual sessions of 1:1 coaching with David Spungin (1 hour each)
  • (3) in-person 1:1 coaching sessions, David visits your location (2 hours each)
  • Choice of (2) assessments: Hogan, DiSC, MBTI, PMAI, StrengthsFinders, or EQ-i 2.0
  • Administration of the Leadership Circle 360 Feedback Assessment
  • Creation of an individual development plan (IDP)
  • Optional stakeholder alignment meeting (30-minutes)
  • Access to the Elite Leaders Foundry© proprietary online training content and community
  • Ongoing phone and email availability as needed during the engagement

Level 3 - Executive Package

Executive Coaching Services, over 6 month engagement period, consisting of:

  • (9) virtual sessions of 1:1 coaching with David Spungin (1 hour each)
  • (3) in-person 1:1 coaching sessions, David visits your location (2 hours each)
  • Choice of (3) assessments: Hogan, DiSC, MBTI, PMAI, StrengthsFinders, or EQ-i 2.0
  • Collection of  360-degree feedback via (12) telephonic interviews with key stakeholders (30-minutes each), analysis of feedback, personalized recommendations for development, and creation of a detailed feedback report.
  • Creation of an individual development plan (IDP)
  • Optional stakeholder alignment meeting (30-minutes)
  • Access to the Elite Leaders Foundry© proprietary online training content and community
  • Ongoing phone and email availability as needed during the engagement
